CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER
Major Responsibilities:
- Complaint resolution at both clients and Wideband interconnect end.
- Taking of device status and verification of adjacent links.
- Informing the fiber team for the resolution of the fiber issue.
- Getting and providing response over email.
- Registering complaints in the Complaint Management System.
- Outside visits for troubleshooting at clients end.
- preparation of inventory and customer forms and keeping records.
- Recharging of client accounts
- Receiving information and creating new accounts for new customers.
- Configuration of devices for clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bsc / DIT
Age : Max 25 Year
Domiciled: Peshawar
Motorcycle driving license will be plus point.
